The people make Zendesk what it is. And not just the skills that they put on their resumes, but also the unique qualities that make them them. With so much info that needed to fit on the page, we wanted to make sure that the voices of our community could shine through.
We were limited in the variety of data we could show. For example, we did not have info on gender identity or sexuality available to us. We needed to show the current stats while acknowledging that the numbers are still not where we want them to be.
